CHICKEN PAELLA
This was my first time trying this dish. The saffron and chicken was good together. It was also seasoned very well.
HOUSE MARGARITA PITCHER
We tried the house margarita pitcher during the NYE event with peach flavor and it was delicious. The right about of flavor and definitely was worth the money.
BASQUE OCTOPUS GF
This dish was an explosion of flavor. Not only is the octopus cooked to perfection, but all of the other ingredients on the dish pair nicely with the octopus.
LAMB CHOPS
This place is fantastic! The lamb chops on the pinxto menu may have been the best I've ever had! The basque octopus was also excellent - had a little kick to it that really made it wonderful. My dad ate the paprika salmon and raved about it. Well-priced, great atmosphere, attentive service. Check it out!

love their paella! they have vegetarian and non-seafood versions that my family loves. great atmosphere and service as well, would recommend!
SEBASTIAN SANGRIA GLASS
Amazing white sangria! Normally, I'm not a fan of white sangria at all and just stick to the classic red. But wow, Sebastian's white sangria is incredible. Not too sweet. It reminds me of summer and honeysuckle somehow (though it's not honeysuckle flavor exactly). Perfectly refreshing!
TAPAS PLATTER
This platter gives you a taste of various menu items. It is a great choice to try many of the options. The fried brussel sprouts and sesame chicken bites were my favorite. The food is absolutely amazing and favorable! 10 out of 10!
SEBASTIAN PATATAS BRAVAS
Sebastian's is the best spot in midtown, hands down. Everything here is incredible, and they have the BEST happy hour! The patatas bracas are incredible.
